Suicide Squad is a 2016 American superhero film based on the DC Comics antihero team of the same name. Figuring they're all expendable, a secret government agency led by Amanda Waller decides to assemble a team of dangerous, incarcerated supervillains for a top-secret black ops mission. Now armed with government weapons, Deadshot (Will Smith), Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie), Captain Boomerang, Killer Croc and other despicable inmates must learn to work together. Dubbed Task Force X, the criminals unite to battle a mysterious and powerful entity. Will Smith stars as Floyd Lawton / Deadshot: An expert marksman and assassin.
This is the 2016 released Art Figures AF021 1/6th scale Dead Soldier 12-inch action figure which is basically Will Smith stars as Deadshot from Suicide Squad. I have already reviewed the figure with the mask on in my first part action figure review posted HERE, so here's how the figure looks without his mask. Hot Toys also released this figure (you can check out the preview pics HERE) but since I didn't want to spend more than I should, I went with Art Figures instead.

In the comic books by DC, Deadshot is always masked and you hardly get to see his face. Not so in the film. You cannot pay for star power and keep the star's face hidden for the entire movie. I think the exception is the 2012 science fiction action film Dredd starring Karl Urban as Judge Dredd. He never took off his helmet in the entire movie which was a contrast to the 1995 Judge Dredd film starring Sylvester Stallone as Judge Joseph Dredd. You can check out the Medicom Toys 1/6th scale Stallone Judge Dredd action figure review posted on my toy blog HERE and the stunning Art Figures AF-015 1/6th scale Heavy Armoured Special Cop "DREDD" 12-inch figure posted HERE.
Deadshot wears an aiming device over his left eye, meticulously tailor-made red colored combat shirt with black pants, black body armor and black arm armors, pair of burgundy and black color knee pads, thigh holster with heavily customized Glock 17 fitted with a compensator made by ZEV, a flared magwell also from ZEV, and a Trijicon RMR red dot sight, belt with ammo clips, drop-down rifle magazine holder with three mags, dual small-of-the-back holsters with two pistols, pouch, of black boots, knife in sheath attached to right boot.
Deadshot (Will Smith) carries a custom AR-15. The rifle has a two tone red and gold paint job. It has a red painted Magpul CTR stock, and is fitted with a custom made handguard and muzzle brake. The rifle is also fitted with an ACOG (with custom platinum finish) with a Trijicon RMR sight (an Adjustable LED model) mounted on top, along with a vertical grip. Deadshot also uses customized magazines, which are red painted Magpul PMAGs fitted with gold finished TTI Firepower magazine extensions (these are replacement PMAG baseplates which increase the capacity of a 30 round magazine to 35 rounds).
