One cannot believe how far and how fast Original Effect has come. In a blink of an eye (almost), this will be their tenth figure from their Army Attractive series.

OE (Original Effect) Army Attractive Vol.1 figure was Viola which I had reviewed earlier (August 25, 2013) HERE and HERE. The first body was terribly constructed and produced, and I almost gave up getting anything else from this company. But they did improve on their female body with the release of their new Reborn body. So I took a chance and got my second OE figure which was the OE (original effect) 1/6 scale killer instinct SAM 13-inch tall post-apocalyptic female figure which I covered in three parts HERE, HERE and HERE. I even did a comparison post HERE of 13.5-inch tall Viola and Sam.
OE (Original Effect) Army Attractive Vol.10 Mulan female action figure will come with 1/6 scale female head sculpt, OE Reborn Body, Generic Hands for posing, Hands for holding knife / sword, and shield, Mulan’s High heel shoes, Female underwear (black two piece body suit underneath), Silk coat / jacket (grayish blue short skirted robe), pink and maroon sash / belt and a black leather belt with ornate metal "flower" buckle, Girdle, Headband, Ivory necklace, Chinese style plate armor on both shoulders, hips and one shin, Great Sword (huge) and "dragon" head Shield. Hua Mulan (Chinese: 花木蘭; Mandarin Pinyin: Huā Mùlán) is a legendary figure from ancient China who was originally described in a Chinese poem known as the Ballad of Mulan (木蘭辭). In the poem, Hua Mulan takes her aged father's place in the army. She fought for twelve years and gained high merit, but she refused any reward and retired to her hometown instead.
The poem starts with Mulan worried, as her father has been called to serve in the army. She decides to take his place and bids farewell to her parents. After ten years of fighting, the army returns and the warriors are rewarded. Mulan turns down an official post, and asks only for a swift camel to carry her home. She is greeted with joy by her family. Mulan dons her old clothes and meets her comrades, who are shocked that in their years travelling together, they did not realize that she was a woman.
I think we are all familiar with the 1998 Disney animated feature film "Mulan" based on the legend of Mulan, and the basis of many derivative works. She certainly looks nothing like this ;p
