I don't know much about this character but it's being released and it's an officially licensed product. She reminds me a bit of Wasp (Janet van Dyne), a fictional character and superheroine that appears in comic books published by Marvel Comics. "The Winsome Wasp", as she is sometimes called, is usually depicted as having the ability to shrink to a height of several centimeters, grow to giant size, fly by means of insectoid wings, and fire bioelectric energy blasts. She is a founding member of the Avengers as well as a long time leader of the team.
But this is not the wasp. This is an officially licensed collectible character based on the Movie Seals Digital Inc™ and the Heroes of the North™ brand online web series. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED

The character Hornet in the web series Heroes of the North is played by Marie-Claude Bourbonnais, a Canadian glamour and cosplay model. And these are pictures of her in costume.
There's even a statue made of Heroes of the North HORNET™ in an alternate costume
