Coming soon from Asmus Toys – 1/6 scale 007 The Bond Suit. This set Includes: One Silver jacket, One fashion styled shirt, One patterned tie, One pair of silver pants, One black leather belt, One pair of black shoes, One Silver watch. This is the suit I've been waiting for. This was what Daniel Craig as James Bond, Agent 007 wore at the beginning of "Skyfall", the twenty-third James Bond film produced by Eon Productions and released in 2012. Talk about mother of all sequels. Star Wars only had six films to its name. James Bond has been in 23 movies. 23 is a big number indeed!

There have been quite a number of 1/6 scale Daniel Craig as James Bond, Agent 007 12-inch figures popping up of late, this being the latest although this one is just a suit / outfit i.e. no figure is included. The previous entry was the NAT "The Agent" Limited Edition 12-inch Figure posted in my toy blog HERE. Then there's the ZCWO's new 1/6 scale Ab02 Normal Size Male Body with Daniel Craig's head sculpt HERE and the ZCWO's newest Mens Hommes Men's Fashion MH Vol. 13 which is a black tuxedo suit with weapons included (toy blog post HERE). Before that, there was also the Brother Production Presents Sky Fall MI6 Agent "Bone" 12-inch figure. You can view the pictures HERE.

There's also my kitbash 1/6 scale Daniel Craig as James Bond, Agent 007 12-inch figure posted in 2009 HERE. And before that, there was Loading Toys 1/6 head sculpt of Daniel Craig as James Bond Agent 007 in Quantum of Solace HERE, as Dangerous Man / Spy HERE and even as Tuvia Bielski in "Defiance (2008)" HERE.

Another 1/6 scale Daniel Craig head sculpt that has appeared was the one produced by TTL Toys City for their WWII German Gestapo 12-inch figure (previewed HERE). The less said, the better.

Most of the companies have him dressed in a black tuxedo so it's nice to be able to put the British super spy in a suit other than the back and white one favored by penguins as well ;p

Medicom Toys Kubrick Series Batman Figures

Wanted to just share some of the Medicom Toys Kubrick Series Batman Figures I collected some years back :)

Kubrick (キューブリック Kyūburikku) is a line of collectible block-style figures and associated products created by Japanese toy company MediCom Toy Inc. Kubrick figures are produced in three scales, designated as 100% (six centimeters high), 400% (24 centimeters high), and 1000% (60 centimeters high). The basic Kubrick figure design has a body that resembles an extremely simplified human form, somewhat similar in appearance to Playmobil or Lego figures. Produced in limited numbers and not re-released, Kubricks are highly sought-after by collectors. Kubricks are predominantly collected by adults; the packaging recommends the figures to collectors 13 years or older. (source: wiki)

"Kubrick" was chosen in honor of filmmaker Stanley Kubrick. In further homage to the filmmaker, the Kubrick logo is designed in the style of the logo created for his movie A Clockwork Orange. By linguistic coincidence, the name Kubrick may also be seen as a hybrid word of the Japanese word kyu, meaning the number nine, and the English word brick. Nine is the number of tools (a toy industry term for parts of a figure) used in a standard Kubrick figure: head, torso, hips, two arms, two hands, and two legs; the English word brick is collector’s jargon for LEGO elements, and refers to the similarity of Kubricks to Lego Minifigures.

The picture above is that of Tim Burton's 1989 Michael Keaton Batman figure with removable mask. Comes with a batarang.

You cannot have 1989 Batman and not have Jack Nicholson Joker right? They go together like bread and butter :)

Then there's the Danny DeVito Penguin from Tim Burton's follow-up film "Batman Returns" in 1992. Check out my earlier post "March of the Penguins" HERE where I covered the whole range of Penguins (Batman's villain, not the actual bird) in my toy collection

Together with Danny DeVito in "Batman Returns" was Michelle Pfeiffer Catwoman. Check out the 1/6 scale Michelle Pfeiffer Catwoman HERE and HERE

There's also Michelle Pfeiffer as Selina Kyle. Formerly a quiet and shy secretary for Max Shreck (C hristopher Walken), Selina transforms into Catwoman after Shreck tries to kill her. She becomes a romantic interest for Bruce Wayne and a deadly adversary for Batman.

Then there were the mind-controlled penguins loaded with missiles to be launched at Gotham City

1997's "Batman and Robin" saw Arnold Schwarzenegger as Mr Freeze

Medicom Toys also released the DC comics version Batman Kubrick figure

As well as the Kubrick animated Batman figure

And the villains from the Batman animated series: Dr Victor Fries / Mr Freeze. In the most common variation of his origin story, he is a former cryogenics expert who suffered an industrial accident while attempting to cure his terminally ill wife, Nora.

The character Harley Quinn was introduced on September 11, 1992, in Batman: The Animated Series and later adapted into DC Comics' Batman comic books, first appearing in The Batman Adventures #12 (September 1993).

Dr. Jonathan Crane, also known as The Scarecrow

Killer Croc, real name Waylon Jones, born with a form of atavism that imparted him with reptilian traits.

Man-Bat, first appeared in Detective Comics #400 (June 1970) and was created by Frank Robbins and Neal Adams. If there's a Batman, then there must be Man-Bat.

Among the Batman villains released by Medicom Toys under their Kubrick Batman series / line was this glow-in-the-dark Blight from the Batman Beyond / Batman of the Future series animated television series

Medicom Toys also released the Kubrick Robin figure

And two Batgirls - one from the animated series

And the other is the DC comics version

Here's the latest on the next release from Flirty Girl Collectibles...

Flirty Girl Collectibles 1/6 scale NIKITA FCS2013-1 Female Character Set is most likely inspired by "Nikita", an American television series which focuses on Nikita (Maggie Q), a woman who escaped from a secret government-funded organization known as Division and, after a three-year hiding period, is back to bring down the organization.

Comes with 1/6 scale Highly Detailed Female head sculpt with rooted hair, Designer Black Faux Leather Motorcycle jacket with quilted sleeve details, Red Racer Back Tank top, Black Pencil Pants with cargo pockets, Designer Faux Leather Ankle boots with laces (Stiletto Boot-Foot Design). NOTE: 12-inch female body, hands and weapons are not included.

According to the manufacturer, the NIKITA Female Character Set is designed to work well with most 1/6 scale female bodies. The boots are only compatible with bodies that have an ankle cup design (examples: Triad, Phicen, Cy Girl etc)

The head sculpt (see above picture) doesn't really resemble Maggie Q, the actress who played Nikita in the American TV series, not to be confused with the French film Nikita (1990), the remake Point of No Return (1993), and a previous series La Femme Nikita (1997–2001).

Here's a look at the real actress - not even close ;p

Hot Toys next 1/6 Whiplash Mark II will be die-cast. So will the Iron Man Mark XLII (Mark 42)

$

Here are pictures of the prototypes for the next round of 1/6 scale Iron Man related releases by Hot Toys. One thing is for sure – these will be die-cast Movie Masterpiece Series 12-inch figures! Since announcing that the upcoming Hot Toys Iron Man 3 1/6th scale Iron Patriot 12" Collectible Figure will be die-cast (see my earlier post HERE), it seems like these will follow suit.

Just check out the details on the Whiplash armor - simply mind blowing. But being diecast, it only means that it will cost more than one that's made of plastic. Question is: Is that really necessary? Sure, it's going to feel nice when you are holding it in your hands but most times, it will be on display and what Hot Toys managed to do with the previous plastic armor suits i.e. making him look metallic and armor-like with their amazing paint job was pretty good. Now that it's die-cast, it just means higher cost which will be transferred to the buyer / collector.

I know of many people / collectors in the forums who are giving these a miss based on their price point because it just costs too much for one figure when you can spread the spending to three or more figures and get more for the price of one. These are very nice and very detailed but truly for the hard core Iron Man collectors only. This is where I can say I'm glad I'm not a completist and only buy what I like at the price I feel is right. These look to be priced out of my range.

Comparing Armored Whiplash (Mark II) with Iron Man Mark XLII (Mark 42), I feel Whiplash definitely justifies the cost because of the amount of crazy details and layerings it has whereas Mark 42 is just sleek looking. Notice how the arms of the Mark 42 has no visible joints? It appears as if it will be hidden. That's a step forward for realism.

Review III: DAM Toys Gangsters Kingdom 1/6 Spade J 12-inch stylized Jason Statham figure

$

You've already seen my first two reviews of this recently released DAM Toys Gangsters Kingdom 1/6 scale Spade J 12-inch figure posted earlier HERE (box packaging and contents) and HERE (Spade J figure with complete outfit). This is a great new figure by DAM Toys and a great new direction they are taking the company and its products, moving away from the often done-to-death but still necessary military genre and focusing on a whole new aspect of 1/6 figures previously done by Hot Toys (think Brothersworker, Apexplorer etc) but at much more affordable prices :)

Here's more of DAM Toys Spade J figure who IMHO looks a lot like an animated / stylized Jason Statham. This appears to be all the more true when DAM Toys previewed their second Spade figure in this Gangsters Kingdom line / series and he looked a lot like Vinnie Jones! See the preview pictures HERE. Both actors (Vinnie Jones and Jason Statham) appeared in the Guy Ritchie 1998 film "Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels". So far, two spades have shown up. Does that mean that there'll be thirteen figures in all? Since there are 13 cards in a suit and there are four suits in a deck / pack. Well, one can only wait-and-see.

I really dig this stylized look. What'e even more amazing is that he actually resembles someone we know. Love the head sculpt, love the blocky hands and the body's quality is great, as are the outfit and accessories. DAM Toys did a damn fine job producing this Gangsters Kingdom 1/6 Spade J 12-inch stylized Jason Statham figure. Definitely looking forward to more of such figures from DAM. Scroll down to see the rest of the pictures :)

Spade J's real name is "Ogier" and the former hired killer of "Red King" is now on the run from his ex-boss who has put a price on Ogier's head for killing his only son and heir, Billy Kid.

Spade J wears metal silver necklace, black long sleeve T-shirt and motorcycle leather jacket, black jeans with belt and black "leather" boots.

He's holding the 1/6 scale P226 pistol which he comes with. He also comes with a PPK pistol with magazine and silencer, two spare P226 pistol magazines and switchblade knife (one molded piece, doesn't close but has nice details). Check out the pictures HERE

Unfortunately, the PPK when stored in the ankle holster cannot stay hidden when strapped to his leg due to the tight jeans. See the pictures HERE. Nice concept by DAM Toys but didn't quite pull it off.

Spade J also comes with 1/6 scale Diesel Shoulder Sling Bag

There's also a peaked cap but I chose to pose him without it. Dam Toys recommends padding the inside lining of the peaked cap with some paper before wearing it as there are warnings that the cap may stain the head sculpt.

Have you seen Cosplay 1/6 scale Pirate Hunter Zoro 12-inch figure from "One Piece" manga

Roronoa Zoro, nicknamed "Pirate Hunter" Zoro, is a fictional character in the One Piece manga franchise created by Eiichiro Oda. He is one of the two swordsmen of the Straw Hat Pirates, the other being Brook. In the story, Zoro is the first to join Monkey D. Luffy after he is saved from being executed at the Marine Base. As a native to East Blue, he came from the town known as Shimotsuki where he trained in a dojo. He is an expert swordsman who uses three swords for his Santoryū (Three Sword Style), but is also capable of the one and two-sword styles.

Newcomer toy company Cosplay has recreated a really cool figure incarnation of Zoro. He comes outfitted in a green robe / coat with green pants, boots, red sash, and black headwrap. He is armed with three unique metal Samurai style swords with sheaths. Three sets of hands are included so you can pick and choose how you want Zoro to look.

Cosplay 1/6 scale Pirate Hunter Zoro 12-inch figure Features: Robe, Pants, Sash, Boots, Metal earrings x 3, Scabbard x 3, Sword x 3 (metal), Belt, headscarf, 1/6 scale Head Sculpt, 12-inch Muscle body, Hands (3 pairs). Scroll down to see more pictures

Preview World Box [LAKOR BABY] Ultraman baby of new hope 1/6 scale collectible figure

This is the latest announcement by World Box on their [LAKOR BABY] Ultraman baby of new hope, Item Number: 004, Product Type: Action Figure, Product Size: 6" Height (approx. 150mm). The figure features 1/6 scale head, body (150mm), Ultraman mask, Battle suit, gloves x 2 pairs, boots x 1 pair, Bracelet x 1, miniature Human figure, Godzilla baby, Building.

World Box has already released the Lakor Baby Joker, Lakor Bat Baby and Lakor Iron Baby with Scout GO coming soon. This makes it their fifth figure but fourth in their Lakor Baby series. It's certainly a move away from the Avengers line when you consider that World Box released the pair of Joker and Bat Baby and then followed that up with Iron Baby. One would expect them to go on and finish the Avengers line-up but it looks like it's not going in that direction. Instead we get the Ultraman Baby figure.

A bit confused with this particular figure. Is he supposed to be Ultraman Baby since he comes with a miniature human figure and building plus Godzilla baby or is he just a regular kid wearing the Ultraman costume because he plays with kitchen utensils? Don't believe me? Scroll down to see the rest of the pictures ;p

Cowabunga! Pre-order Playmates Toys Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and their Secret Sewer Lair

Who amongst us do not know about the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles? Thing is, they never seem to go away.

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (often shortened to TMNT or Ninja Turtles) are a fictional team of four teenage anthropomorphic turtles, who were trained by their anthropomorphic rat sensei in the art of ninjutsu and named after four Renaissance artists. From their home in the storm sewers of New York City, they battle petty criminals, evil overlords and alien invaders, all while remaining isolated from society-at-large.

The characters initially appeared in comic books before being licensed for toys, cartoons, video games, films, and other merchandise. During the peak of its popularity in the late 1980s through early 1990s, the franchise gained considerable worldwide success and fame. (source: wiki)

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was created in an American comic book published by Mirage Studios in 1984 in Dover, New Hampshire. The concept arose from a humorous drawing sketched out by Kevin Eastman during a casual evening of brainstorming with his friend Peter Laird. Using money from a tax refund together with a loan from Eastman's uncle, the young artists self-published a single-issue comic intended to parody four of the most popular comics of the early 1980s: Marvel Comics' Daredevil and New Mutants, Dave Sim's Cerebus, and Frank Miller's Ronin.

Accompanied by the popular Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1987 TV series, and the subsequent action figure line, the TMNT were catapulted into pop culture history. At the height of the frenzy, in the late 1980s and early 1990s, the Turtles' likenesses could be found on a wide range of children's merchandise, from Pez dispensers to skateboards, breakfast cereal, video games, school supplies, linens, towels, cameras, and even toy shaving kits.

While the animated TV series, which lasted for 10 seasons until 1996, was more light-hearted, the comic book series continued in a much darker and grittier tone. In 1990 a live-action feature film was released, with the turtles and Splinter being portrayed by actors in partially animatronic suits created by Jim Henson's Creature Shop. The film became one of the most successful independent films, and spawned two sequels, as well as inspiring a 3D animated film set in the same continuity, which was released in 2007 under the name TMNT.

The property lay dormant for a while until in 2003 a new animated TV series also entitled Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles began to air on Fox Box (now called 4Kids TV). The series storyline stuck much closer to the original Mirage comic book series, but was still less violent. It lasted for 7 seasons and 156 episodes, ending in February 2009. The Nickelodeon Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles animated series premiered on September 29, 2012 and is the reason for the most recent deluge of TMNT toys and action figures. These "heroes in a half-shell" truly have "turtle power"!

Leonardo (Leo) — The courageous leader and devoted student of martial arts, Leonardo wears a blue mask and wields two katana. He is the oldest of the four. Leonardo was named after the Italian polymath, scientist, engineer, inventor, anatomist, and painter, Leonardo da Vinci.

Michelangelo (Mike or Mikey) — Easy-going and free-spirited, Michelangelo wears an orange mask and wields a pair of nunchaku. Michelangelo provides much of the comic relief, most of the time. He is the youngest of the four Turtles. While he loves to relax and eat pizza, this Turtle also has an adventurous and creative side. He is something of the "surfer" boy, speaking usually in a Southern California accent. He is named after the Italian Renaissance painter, sculptor, architect, poet, and engineer, Michelangelo. His name was originally misspelled "Michaelangelo" by Peter Laird and Kevin Eastman.

Donatello (Don or Donnie) — The scientist, inventor, engineer, and technological genius, Donatello wears a purple mask and wields the bō. Donatello is perhaps the least violent Turtle, preferring to use his knowledge to solve conflicts. He is named after the early Renaissance Italian artist and sculptor from Florence, Donatello.

Raphael (Raph) — The team's bad boy, Raphael wears a red mask and wields a pair of sai. He has an aggressive nature and seldom hesitates to throw the first punch. He is often depicted with a Brooklyn accent. His personality can be alternately fierce and sarcastic, and oftentimes delivers deadpan humor. Still, he is intensely loyal to his brothers and sensei. He is named after the Italian painter and architect of the High Renaissance, Raphael.

Splinter — The Turtles' sensei and adoptive father, Splinter is a Japanese mutant rat who learned the ways of ninjutsu from his owner and master, Hamato Yoshi. In the 1987 TV series, Archie Comics series and the 2012 TV series, Splinter was Hamato Yoshi mutated into a humanoid rat instead of being just Yoshi's pet.

April O'Neil — A former lab assistant to the mad scientist Baxter Stockman, April is the plucky human companion of the Turtles. April first met the Turtles when they saved her from Baxter's Mouser robots. She embarks on many of the Turtles' adventures and aids them by doing the work in public that the Turtles cannot. In the 1987 TV series, Archie Comics series and subsequent three films, April was a television news reporter.

Shredder — A villainous ninjutsu master called Oroku Saki who is the leader of the Foot Clan. In every incarnation of the TMNT franchise, he has been the archenemy of Splinter and the Turtles. Shredder prefers to use his armor instead of weapons in some versions.

Foot Soldier. In the Marvel comics Daredevil series by Frank Miller, Daredevil had to fight off the ninjas from the Hand clan ;p And the green radioactive stuff that mutated the turtles in the sewer? Blinded Matt Murdock and heightened his remaining senses beyond normal human ability.

You can pre-order these Playmates Toys Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Action Figures and the TMNT Secret Sewer Lair, Rippin' Rider and Sewer Spinnin' Skateboard at TFH! With more than 12 points of articulation, these action figures are the most highly detailed Turtle figures ever made. The FBI Hostage Rescue Team (HRT) is the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation's counter-terrorism Special Forces tactical or SWAT team. The HRT is trained to rescue U.S. citizens and allies who are held by a hostile force, either terrorist or criminal. The Hostage Rescue Team was founded in 1982 by Danny Coulson and completed its final certification exercise in October 1983. [source: wiki]

The HRT's purpose is to serve as a domestic counter-terrorism unit, offering a tactical resolution option in hostage and high-risk law enforcement situations. It was originally composed of 50 operators; however, this number has since increased to well over 90 full-time operators. The HRT commonly functions as a national SWAT team in highly sensitive or dangerous situations. Today it is part of the Tactical Support Branch of the FBI's Critical Incident Response Group (CIRG) and is based at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia.

The idea for the HRT was originally conceived during the late 1970s but came to fruition when then FBI director William H. Webster witnessed a demonstration by the US Army Delta Force. When Webster reviewed the equipment used by the Delta Force and noticed there were no handcuffs, he inquired about it. An operator grimly replied, "We put two rounds in their forehead; the dead don't need handcuffs." The idea of the HRT began as an augmented SWAT and counter-terror team. The team would be capable of handling extraordinary hostage situations, large-scale counter-terrorist operations, situations involving nuclear or biological agents, or operations that local law enforcement or the regional FBI field office were not trained or equipped to handle.

This is the new Soldier Story 1/6 scale S2.5 Body (12-inch Figure) that will come with the release of the FBI counter-terrorism HRT Hostage Rescue Team (see previous post). Whenever Soldier Story does a military figure (or any other 1/6 manufacturer who is not producing movie-related figures), they always try to base the 1/6 scale head sculpt on a famous person, usually an actor in a movie. This lets collectors identify with the character instead of just a generic person's face. Gone are the days of having just one head sculpt which you then buy with different attires or outfits (e.g. G.I. Joe, Action Man and Captain Action). Nowadays, collectors expect to see a new head sculpt with a new figure and this latest release is no exception.

The Tactical Air Control Party, commonly abbreviated TACP, is a small team of Army, Marine or Air Force personnel who provide airspace deconfliction and terminal control of close air support at battle group level or below. It usually consists of an officer Forward Air Controller (FAC), a SNCO FAC and usually a pair of signallers / drivers.

A USAF TACP, is usually a team of two or more United States Air Force TACP journeyman or craftsman(AFSC 1C4X1) aligned with a conventional or special operational United States Army combat maneuver unit to advise ground commanders on the best use of air power, establish and maintain command and control communications, and provide precision terminal attack guidance of U.S. and coalition fixed- and rotary-wing close air support aircraft, artillery, and naval gunfire. A TACP always includes at least one Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) qualified to control attack aircraft. It can also include an Air Liaison Officer, who is often JTAC qualified and serves in a senior advisor capacity. (source: wiki)

This is Soldier Story's other release that is coming out in June 2013 and it is a 1/6 scale United States Air Force TACP / JTAC 12-inch military figure and the cool part of this figure (other than all the great gear and accessories) is the 1/6 scale Don Cheadle head sculpt. Anyone who is not living under a rock in Bikini Bottom at the bottom of the ocean will know that in 2010, Cheadle assumed the role of USAF Col. James "Rhodey" Rhodes in the film Iron Man 2, replacing Terrence Howard. Cheadle will reprise his role as Rhodey / War Machine / Iron Patriot on the upcoming Iron Man 3 movie. Isn't it appropriate that this Soldier Story 1/6 scale USAF TACP / JTAC 12-inch military figure has Don Cheadle / Rhodey's head sculpt? Great move, Soldier Story!

Besides the Don Cheadle / Rhodey head sculpt, this release will come with a S2 body, FAST carbon helmet, solid stretch FAST helmet cover, neck gaiter, Woodland Gen2 combat shirt and pants, tee, belt, SI lightweight glove, RBAV-AF vest, combat sustainment pack, TT strobe pouch, TT radio pouch large x 2, TT double pistol magazine pouch, TT accessory pouch, TT M4 triple magazine pouch, TT medic pouch, TT zipper utility pouch, TT flashbang grenade pouch, TT 1-point sling, ISA terrain boots, MAST (Modular Antenna System - Tactical) antenna relocation kit x 2, helmet HD camcorder, MPLS with MOLLE adaptors, Rail adaptors, PVS-14 NVG, Monster Dog sunglasses, Comtac XP dual headset, PRC-148 radio x 2, Functional radio antenna extension cable set x 2, MS2000 strobe light, light sticks x 4, carabiners x 2 (blue / gold), Maps x 3, patches, leg kit, watch, GPS, MK16 rifle with EXPS2 red dot sight, G23 3x magnifier, AAC silencer, MK16 magazines x 1 + 6, grip, M3 gun light, AN/PEQ15A dual beam aiming laser, dual button remote, IZLID 200P aiming lasers, CQC M9 holster, CQC holster MOLLE mount, M9 pistol, M9 pistol magazine x 1 + 2, prodigy knife, MK18 smoke grenade

Backstory from source:
Harp is genetically copy from Viola, same as Sunayuki. Harp was the USA character. She is the best sniper and also has green eyes like viola and Sunayuki. She was lost in a mission and also her contact with her USA base, so she has been staying in the church with the nuns. During her mission, she accidentally met with Viola while she was defeated by Cello and Harp took her back to the church.

This will be the third female figure to be released by Original Effect, the first being Viola (see the preview pictures HERE) and that was followed by Hasuike Sunayuki (previewed HERE). In reality, I think they are all candidates for a 1/6 scale porn movie if anyone ever thought of making one LOL

Original Effect Army Attractive series vol.3 1/6 scale Harp Bullseye 12-inch female action figure will come with 1/6 scale Harp female head sculpt, 12-inch female figure body, hat, coat, skimpy tank top, shorts, gloves, belt, stockings, butterfly ribbon ties on ankles, high heels, M82A1 sniper rifle, comic book. Scroll down to see more pictures

I think parading girls in such skimpy outfits and trying to sell them off as legit military themed figures / characters is a man thing. Some men would love to see this in (porn) films but in the real world, female soldiers can be just as capable as male troopers without having to resort to skimpy costumes that are impractical and can be seen as downright degrading. Black Widow in The Avengers, Resident Evil's Alice and Underworld's Selene are prime examples of how a female character can look sexy and still get the job done without having to resort to showing too much skin ;p I believe there's appeal in that too.

I even like what the girls wore in Sucker Punch because they didn't show too much. A little more cloth would have been preferred for this Army Attractive Series Vol. 3 Harp Bullseye 12-inch female figure but that's just my humble opinion.

As it is, the tank top is hardly there LOL why did they even bother?

She's got an interesting face. And what's with those big ankle ribbons?

She's supposed to be a sniper but I wonder how her outfit helps her to stay tactical and concealed? Hmmm

Maybe the cloak will help... if she remembers to keep her assets well covered

That's certainly a strange way to carry her bullets

"Faster than a speeding bullet, more powerful than a locomotive, and able to leap tall buildings in a single bound... "

Superman is arguably the most recognized superhero in pop culture, and Sideshow is bringing him to life in stunning 1:4 scale. Set in the frozen sanctuary of the Fortress of Solitude, the Superman Premium Format figure stands over two feet tall, crafted with unparalleled attention to detail. The Man of Steel, DC Comics' iconic superhero, can now be part of your collection.

Superman Backstory:
Light years from Earth, the planet Krypton was on the brink of destruction. In a bid to save the life of his infant son, a scientist named Jor-El placed his baby, Kal-El, in a rocket and set it on a course to Earth. The rocket traveled across the universe before crashing in a cornfield in Smallville, Kansas, where it was found by a kindly couple, Jonathan and Martha Kent. The Kents decided to raise the child as their own, giving him Martha's maiden name, Clark.

Enhanced by Earth's yellow sun, Clark's Kryptonian DNA imbued him with powers far beyond those of normal humans. Though he longed to show off his powers, Jonathan and Martha urged Clark to keep them a secret, worried that he would be taken away from them.

Clark had his first taste of helping others after saving the life of his childhood love, Lana Lang, during a tornado. Martha fashioned him a costume made from the blankets that kept him snug and warm on his journey to Earth. The costume honored his alien heritage; the S-like symbol on his chest was the Kryptonian word for hope, as well as the family crest of the House of El. But even with his new costume, Clark operated in secret.

As an adult, Clark settled in the city of Metropolis and adopted the persona of a mild-mannered reporter at the Daily Planet. There he met star reporter Lois Lane, who was enamored with the brawny Superman. For years, his dual identities worked against him, creating a 'love triangle' between Clark, Superman, and Lois.

Spartacus: Blood and Sand is the title of the first and most critically acclaimed season of Spartacus, an American television series that premiered on Starz on January 22, 2010. The series was inspired by the historical figure of Spartacus (played by Andy Whitfield), a Thracian gladiator who from 73 to 71 BC led a major slave uprising against the Roman Republic. Executive producers Steven S. DeKnight and Robert Tapert focused on structuring the events of Spartacus' obscure early life leading up to the beginning of historical records. The show stars the late Andy Whitfield and has been rated TV-MA for graphic violence, strong sexual content, and coarse language. Sideshow Collectibles presents the Clone Commander Wolffe Sixth Scale Figure. Inspired by his appearances in Star Wars - The Clone Wars, the leader of the 104th Battalion's famed Wolfpack joins the ranks of Sideshow's Militaries of Star Wars. CC-3636 comes loaded with four interchangeable heads, a complete arsenal, and a full range of articulation.

A born survivor – Inspired by his appearances in Star Wars – The Clone Wars, we’re proud to introduce Clone Commander Wolffe from our Sixth Scale Militaries of Star Wars. The leader of the 104th Battalion’s famed Wolfpack, CC-3636 will come loaded with four interchangeable heads, an extensive arsenal, and full range of articulation.

Scarred but steadfast – We’ve chosen a couple of display options from The Clone Wars Seasons 2 through 4 for the battle-hardened commander. Wearing his Wolf design armor and traditional kama, he will come with Phase 1 and 2 helmets, and swap-out heads featuring his battle scar and cybernetic eye. Wolffe’s additional accessories include: EMP Grenades (Droid Poppers), Jetpack, Two Blaster Pistols, Blaster Carbine, The Clone Wars Display Base. The Exclusive version of Wolffe will also include a second display base with the Wolfpack logo artwork.

CC-3636, nicknamed 'Wolffe' started his career with the Grand Army of the Republic serving under Jedi General Plo Koon during the Clone Wars. Proud and famed leader of the 104th Battalion called the Wolfpack, his first mission aboard star destroyer Triumphant would shape the now grizzled veteran for the rest of his career. In an explosive battle with the Separatist warship Malevolence, the majority of the Wolfpack perished in an onslaught of chaos and turbo laser fire. Wolffe, along with Koon, Boost and Sinker were the only surviving members.

After the brutal loss of his comrades, Wolffe had the battalion's armor changed to honor the fallen squad. Dropping the rusty maroon colors for a pale blue, the team's wolf logo would also see a redesign. Despite this first setback, the new members of the Wolfpack are as tight knit as they come, and their scarred stoic leader has no problem inspiring their loyalty.

The Clone Commander Wolffe Sixth Scale Figure features: Wolffe Head and Phase 1 Helmet with Rangefinder from The Clone Wars Season 3, Wolffe Head with Enhanced Cybernetic Eye Implant and Phase 2 Helmet with Rangefinder From The Clone Wars Season 4, EMP Grenades (Droid Poppers), Jetpack, Two (2) Blaster Pistols, Blaster Carbine, The Clone Wars Display Base.

Sideshow Collectibles Star Wars Clone Wars 1/6 scale Clone Commander Wolffe 12-inch figure will come with two 1/6 scale head sculpts with two different expressions, and two different versions of the helmet for a total of 4 heads, along with the usual ridiculous amount of hand styles that all clones receive. What's there not to like?
